Technical lead within R&D group (product innovation). Ideation/Formulation work on nutritional bars, meal replacement shakes and supplements. I work on creating/managing innovative projects from the brainstorm and research stage to lab work to developing the product(flavoring, putting formulas together, bench work), creating fact panels and collecting sensory data, completing bid packs and transferring to the commercialization group when the product has been developed.
